MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR INSTRUCTORS

Inland Direct is a unique training firm in that we encourage the development of cutting edge instruction. We recognize the value of training courses that are designed and developed by professionals who currently work in their designated fields. One of the ways we ensure state of the art training is by making sure course instructors are fairly compensated for their time and effort.

In many situations, law enforcement training instructors are uncompensated for the time it takes to organize and design a class presentation and curriculum. Further, some instructors are required to prepare student handout material which is also not covered in the instructor's compensation package.

This is one of the main problems with law enforcement training today. Qualified trainers are discouraged when offered a mere $300 to $500 a day (flat fee) for developing a curriculum that took months of their personal time to prepare.

Our concept at Inland Direct is to facilitate quality instruction through the careful management and logistics handling of law enforcement courses. Inland Direct services make course preparation convenient, easy, and profitable. Our instructor services include advertising the course, registering students, locating and securing a facility in which to hold classes, and financial management (including preparing a 10-99 for the instructor at the end of the year). Inland Direct will never steal your idea. Part of our written agreement with our instructors addresses the instructor's intellectual property (class presentation material). Your ideas belong to you. Instructors are free to teach for any organization with or without our assistance.
